This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

This property is located in a residential community with neighbors nearby. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, during which noise should be kept to a minimum. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Please be aware that wildlife populations including deer and black bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Always drive with caution when traveling in the Great Smoky National Park area.

Meanwhile, ladybugs are delightful seasonal visitors to this home. They typically make their appearance in larger numbers twice a year, bringing a touch of nature's charm.

Please be aware that their presence may include some natural droppings, which are a normal part of their lifecycle.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above at any point to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.
