There is poor cell coverage in the area leading into the property. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.

Please be aware that wildlife populations including bears are high in the area, and we kindly remind guests to avoid leaving food outside, secure all garbage, and keep doors closed.

This property is located in a residential community with neighbors nearby. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, during which noise should be kept to a minimum. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
