This space was nestled in the perfect area to explore pigeon forge with no amenity left out. My family and I had an amazing stay enjoying all that the cabin had to offer all while taking in the beautiful atmosphere that Pigeon forge provided. I would definitely stay at this location again

The home was exactly as described. Everything worked, pool was heated, hot tub was great. Ample towels and wash clothes which we appreciated. The bunk bed room was a fan favorite and the shower in there is HUGE. The home is in a convenient area but the steep hill inside the neighborhood was very intimidating! <br/>We drove out and about but we truly enjoyed our time inside the home.

I would like to say that our experience was NOT pleasant by any means. First, after driving 8-9 hours from Chicago we really wanted to freshen up and take showers. Unfortunately, the master bathroom was leaking into the kitchen, which forced us to use most of the clean towels we had. To add insult to injury, the other bathroom tub on the third floor was completely clogged. We could not use 2 out of the 6 bathrooms. This was extremely uncomfortable and such an inconvenience. Then, upon entering the pool we noticed several centipedes in the pool and kiddy pool. We also did not have enough paper towels and toilet paper during an ice storm. There was also no salt left for us in order to melt the ice from the storm. The main issue was the bathrooms and it did impact out activities and had we called maintenance it would have disrupted us more. Overall, this experience from cabin was not good, and I would not book due to the bathroom issue. I’m still waiting for some sort of service recovery.
